Chef Isaac Bernstein, Culinary Director of Pomegranate, is a Kosher Chef best known for his creative style of cooking. He refers to his art as tasting “Heimish”. Heim is the Yiddish word for “Home” and Chef issac provides a comfort found in each bite that takes you back to being in your grandmothers kitchen. A feeling that Spunizm hopes to mirror.
